Official Rules — ITC Sweepstakes

1) Sponsor

Sponsor: ITC Quick Attach (“Sponsor”). Questions may be directed to sweepstakes@itcquickattach.com.

2) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their households/immediate families, are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

3) Promotion Period

Entries are accepted from October 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) through November 1, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

A separate livestream Bonus Drawing is governed by the Bonus Rules.

4) How to Enter

Visit itcsweepstakes.com and complete the official entry form during the Promotion Period. No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated, duplicate, or fraudulent entries are void.

Participation in the separate livestream bonus drawing requires a distinct Bonus Entry during the livestream. See Bonus Rules.

5) Winner Selection & Notification

On or about November 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. ET, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select ten (10) winners. The drawing will be announced during a livestream on the My Cluttered Garage YouTube channel. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry and may be required to complete and return eligibility, release, and/or tax documents within the timeframe stated in the notice (typically five (5) business days). If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond/complete documents on time, is deemed ineligible, or declines a prize, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate from among remaining eligible entries.

6) Prizes / Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

There are ten (10) prizes awarded by draw order as described below. Each winner (#1–#10) also receives the Base Prize. Limit one (1) prize per person.

Base Prize (all 10 winners): One (1) Form-A-Funnel plus winner’s choice of ONE of the following:

• ITC Fixed-Mount Chainsaw Carrier; or
• $150 ITC Store Credit; or
• $150 ITC Refund (see refund terms herein).

Base Prize ARV: $171.99.

Additional items by draw order (each in addition to the Base Prize):

• Winner #1: JU Fabworks Workmaster Plate (ARV $340.99).
• Winner #2: JU Fabworks Workmaster Plate (ARV $340.99).
• Winner #3: R2 Edge Tamers (pair) + R2 Edge Tamer Extenders (pair) (combined ARV $381.99).
• Winner #4: R2 Edge Tamers (pair) + R2 Edge Tamer Extenders (pair) (combined ARV $381.99).
• Winner #5: Tractor Recovery Kit (ARV $440.98).
• Winner #6: LogOX 3-in-1 (ARV $460.99).
• Winner #7: LogOX 3-in-1 (ARV $460.99).
• Winners #8–#10: One (1) ECHO chainsaw, selected in order of draw (First → Second → Third) from the following models, subject to availability:
  • ECHO CS-3510 gas chainsaw (ARV $299.99)
  • ECHO CS-4510 gas chainsaw (ARV $349.99)
  • ECHO CS-355T-14 top-handle gas chainsaw (ARV $419.99)
  Final ARV for Winners #8–#10 varies based on model awarded.

Total ARV of all prizes in the Sweepstakes: $4,493.87. Actual values may vary by availability and retailer pricing. Winners will not receive the difference between any ARV and actual value.

Substitution/Limitations: If any listed prize item or specific model is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

7) Odds, Taxes & Shipping

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by law. Prizes ship to U.S. addresses only.

8) General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

9) Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. For Bonus Drawing terms, see the separate Bonus Rules.
