This Privacy Policy describes how ITC Quick Attach (“ITC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the ITC Sweepstakes and Bonus Drawing (together, the “Promotion”), our websites including itcsweepstakes.com, and related forms or communications. This Policy incorporates by reference the Official Rules and the Bonus Rules.

2) Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & Contact Info: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
  • Entry Details: form responses, eligibility confirmations, preferences (e.g., prize selections), and communications.
  • Transactional/Admin Data: prize fulfillment details, shipping information, and tax forms (e.g., W-9/1099 where required).
  • Device/Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
  • Cookies/Tracking: first- and third-party cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Tracking” below).
  • User Content: messages or posts you send to us (e.g., support emails or livestream comments you direct to participation).

We may receive information from service providers (e.g., website hosting, email automation, analytics) and platform partners (e.g., YouTube for livestreams).

3) How We Use Your Information

  • Administer the Promotion: accept entries, verify eligibility, conduct drawings, contact winners, and fulfill prizes.
  • Operate & Improve Sites/Services: diagnose issues, analyze performance, and enhance user experience.
  • Communications: respond to inquiries, send operational emails (e.g., confirmations, winner notices), and provide updates.
  • Compliance & Security: detect/prevent fraud, enforce the Official Rules, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain records (including tax reporting).
  • Marketing (optional): with your consent or as permitted by law, send promotional messages; you can opt out at any time.

4) How We Share Information

  • Service Providers: vendors that host our sites, process forms, provide email delivery, analytics, customer support, or prize shipping.
  • Partners/Sponsors: where necessary to administer or fulfill prize components they provide or support.
  • Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business Transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (information may be transferred as permitted by law).

We do not knowingly sell your personal information. Some analytics/advertising activities may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws—see “US State Privacy Rights.”

5) Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality. Some third parties may set cookies or pixels for analytics or to measure campaign performance.

6) Your Choices

  • Marketing Emails: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or email us at jake@itcquickattach.com. We may still send transactional/operational messages (e.g., entry confirmations, winner notices).

  • Access/Deletion/Correction: see “US State Privacy Rights” for how to submit a request.

7) US State Privacy Rights (CA/CO/CT/VA and similar)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to request: (i) access to or a copy of certain personal information; (ii) deletion; (iii) correction; (iv) information about our data practices; and (v) to opt out of certain processing (e.g., “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” as defined by state law).

  • Submit a Request: email jake@itcquickattach.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and include your name, state, the right you wish to exercise, and a contact email. We will verify your request as required by law.
  • Opt-Out of “Sale,” “Sharing,” or Targeted Ads: if applicable to our activities, email us with subject “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information,” or submit your request via: Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information. You may also enable a browser-based opt-out signal where supported; we will honor it as required by law.
  • Authorized Agents (CA): you may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, subject to verification.
  • Appeals (CO/CT/VA): if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Privacy Request Appeal.”

We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

8) Security & Data Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to help protect personal information. No system is 100% secure.

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the Promotion, comply with legal obligations (including tax/reporting), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then securely delete or de-identify information as required or appropriate.

9) Children’s Privacy

The Promotion and our sites are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age where required by law). If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

10) International Visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access our sites or submit information from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. where laws may be different from those in your country.

11) Changes to This Policy & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates the effective date of the current version. If changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice.

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This Policy covers the Site, our sweepstakes/bonus giveaways, and any services that link to it. For sweepstakes terms (eligibility, prizes, winner selection), see the Official Rules.

1) Scope & Who We Are

This Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to the Site;

  • Entrants in our sweepstakes and any bonus giveaways (e.g., YouTube livestream code-word);

  • Subscribers who opt in to marketing; and

  • Customers interacting with ITC.

It does not cover third-party sites or services we don’t control (e.g., YouTube, social networks, creator pages).

2) Notice at Collection (What We Collect & Why)
We collect the following categories of personal information. “Required” items are needed to administer the sweepstakes; others are optional and help us improve products and content.

  • Examples: tractor brand/model/HP, acreage, tasks, budget/timing, dealer info, “how you heard,” YouTube username (optional).

Commercial/Order Info (only if a winner selects the Refund option):

  • Examples: order number and subtotal amounts (excluding taxes/shipping/fees).

  • Why we use it: validate and process the Refund option; prize fulfillment; accounting.

Internet/Device Data:

  • Examples: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, referrer, UTM parameters (utm_source, etc.), ref (creator code), gclid/fbclid.

  • Source: your device; cookies/pixels/analytics.

  • Why we use it: site analytics (GA4), campaign attribution, security/debugging.

Approximate Location:

  • Examples: city/state/ZIP; coarse IP-based location.

  • Source: you; analytics.

  • Why we use it: eligibility checks (U.S. only), prize shipping regions, analytics.

Inferences (non-sensitive):

  • Examples: interest segments such as “snow removal,” “shopping timeframe.”

  • Source: derived from your form responses.

  • Why we use it: improve content, product development, and marketing relevance.

We do not collect government IDs, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal information via the sweepstakes form.

3) How We Use Personal Information

  • Sweepstakes administration: receive entries, validate eligibility, draw winners, notify/verify winners, and fulfill prizes (including shipment or issuing a Refund option).

  • Operations & safety: detect/prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; debug and maintain the Site.

  • Attribution & analytics: measure traffic and campaign performance (e.g., GA4, UTMs, ref codes); understand audience interests.

  • Marketing with consent: send ITC promotional emails only if you opt in; share your info with named partners only if you opt in.

  • Legal compliance: maintain records, tax/1099 if required, respond to lawful requests.

4) Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand usage (e.g., pages, events, UTMs).

  • Advertising pixels (optional): If enabled, pixels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, YouTube) may set cookies to measure ads and, where applicable, serve cross-context behavioral ads.

  • Your choices:

    • Use our Cookie Preferences link (if present) to manage optional cookies/pixels.

    • Browser controls can clear or block cookies.

    • If we use cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (see Section 9).

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law for sale/share opt-outs.

5) Sharing & Disclosures

We share personal information as follows:

  • Service providers (processors): Site hosting (e.g., Squarespace), form and analytics tools (e.g., Google Forms/GA4), email service provider, customer support, and IT/security vendors under contract to process data on our behalf.

  • Prize fulfillment: For winners, we may share shipping details with carriers or prize providers solely to deliver prizes.

  • Partners (only if you opt in): If you check the partner opt-in box, we may share your contact info with named brands (e.g., R2 Manufacturing, LogOX, JU Fabworks, Big Tool Rack, Form-A-Funnel) so they can send you their news and offers.

  • Legal/Compliance: To comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, or property.

  • Business transfers: As part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (your information remains protected by this Policy or a successor policy with equal or stronger protections).

We do not sell personal information for money. If we enable advertising pixels that constitute a “share” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state laws, you can opt out (Section 9).

6) Sweepstakes-Specific Details

  • Entry limit: One (1) per person during the Promotion Period; duplicate/automated entries are disqualified.

  • Attribution: We store UTMs/ref to attribute traffic to creators/partners. Entrants do not receive extra entries for referrals.

  • Bonus giveaway: The optional livestream code-word giveaway is governed by separate Bonus Giveaway Rules. If you participate via YouTube live chat, your public username/message are subject to YouTube’s privacy policies.

  • Refund option (if chosen by a winner): We process limited order information solely to validate and issue the Refund as described in the Official Rules.

7) Your Choices

  • Marketing emails: Opt in is voluntary. You can unsubscribe anytime via the email footer or by contacting us (Section 13).

  • Partner emails: Shared only if you opted in; contact the partner or us to revoke.

  • Cookies/pixels: Use Cookie Preferences, browser controls, or the opt-out links described below.

8) Data Retention

  • Sweepstakes entries & verification records: typically retained up to 24 months after the Promotion Period ends, unless we need to keep records longer for legal or operational reasons.

  • Winner/prize/tax records: retained as required by law (often 7 years).

  • Marketing subscriber records: retained until you unsubscribe or your account becomes inactive for a reasonable period.

  • Server logs/analytics: typically 12–24 months (provider defaults may vary).

We may retain data longer if necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

9) State Privacy Rights (CA/CO/CT/VA/UT and similar)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

  • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you;

  • Correct inaccuracies;

  • Delete personal information;

  • Opt out of the sale or share of personal information and targeted advertising; and

  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (not collected here).

How to exercise rights: Submit a request via our Contact page or email in Section 13. We will verify your request (e.g., by email match and additional info). You may use an authorized agent subject to verification. You won’t be discriminated against for exercising rights.

Sale/Share & Targeted Advertising: We don’t sell personal information for money. If we use advertising pixels that constitute a legal “share” of personal information or targeted advertising, you may opt out by:

  • Using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link (or Cookie Preferences link) on the Site; and/or

  • Enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser.

Appeal: If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision email with “Privacy Rights Appeal.”

10) Security

We use technical and organizational measures (e.g., HTTPS, access controls) to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; please use unique, strong passwords and be cautious with email.

11) Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to delete it.

12) International Users

The Site is intended for U.S. residents. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your country.

16) Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may link to third-party sites or services (e.g., YouTube livestream, creator channels). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
